The spiky, sculptural red-stemmed rose is Rosa sericea subsp. omeiensis f. pteracantha.
The tree on the right, at approx .08 mins is magnolia stellata.
The round balls are box
At 0.21 mins, the upright plant with bright green tips is Taxus baccata ‘David’ (fastigiate yew). It’s the same type of yew at 3.49 mins (it looks as if it had feathery cones).
At 0.41 mins, what looks like a white flowering shrub is actually a clump of very tall white aquilegias.
